Named for the little girl who loves ice cream most.

Sophie’s Ice Creamery started at our kitchen table, testing flavors for a family gathering and watching one small girl — Sophie — light up over every batch. What began as a weekend hobby turned into a promise: to keep making ice cream the way she loved it most, by hand, in small batches, with real fruit from our own island.

Today the whole family still runs the shop — same recipes, same care, same reason we started. Every scoop we serve carries her name and a little bit of Puerto Rico in it.
